Loan

The lending department works daily from Monday - Thursday from 08:00 up to 17:00 and on Friday from 08:00 up to 14:00.

During the summer period (July/August) it only functions morning hours, from 08:00 up to 14:00.

Lending material

Books which can be found at the Central Building and at the Bibliostasio.

Material not available for loan

Periodicals: Periodicals cannot be borrowed.
Reference material: Dictionaries, encyclopedias, bibliographies, and the material in the Reference Department can only be used in the Library.
Audiovisual material: This material is not available for lending.

Loan Period:

Users can borrow up to three (3) items for a period of time no longer than 21 days. The loan period can be renewed for another 21 days, provided that the specific item has not been requested or reserved by another user.
